I paid down my first car with Lucky's Auto enough to be able to trade in for a newer car. I love that once you pay your loan down enough you have the option to trade it in and have that balance from your old car paid off. My old car was definitely on it's last legs and I was lucky enough to have Andres reach out to ask if I was looking to trade up. Andres made this process extremely easy. This is my second time of going with Lucky auto and the sales guy that help me at the west valley location was very helpful and explained everything to me really good.
I'm trying Lucky Auto out again because I got told my word of mouth that they improved on everything so I hope this second time go around is better then the first time. (Giving them a second chance)
I gave them a 5 star now but it could change depending on how I'm treated with them.

I was able to get a car today from lucky's with Brian's help. He managed to get me a great deal and I was able to bring home my new car today with only 200 down. He did a thorough job of walking me through the paperwork and all of the services they offer. I will definitely be getting a other car from them. If your able to work with brain he is incredible. Lucky's has incredibly caring and kind employees and they don't discriminate!

Best location there is. I recommend working with Andres, he helped us get a car the first day we went into this location, which at the time of writing is today. He was very professional and very nice to us and I very much appreciate the service him and Luke provided! Thank you guys for your awesome service and we hope you guys get a raise haha ?

Brain is the best salesman we could ever ask for. This is our 6th car through Lucky's. I hit a deer on my way to take my husband Chad to work and it totaled my equinox and Brain was very fast at getting us approved for this 2007 Chevy Tahoe. Thanks for everything you do for us Brain.
